تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق آيزو، وبإنشاء حسابك فإنك توافق عليها. يُرجى قراءتها مع سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد وسياسة الخصوصية.
1. ما هو آيزو
آيزو منصة تربط العملاء بمصورين مستقلين في العراق. المصورون ليسوا موظفين لدى آيزو؛ فكل مصور يحدد باقاته وأسعاره وساعات عمله، وهو المسؤول عن الجلسة التي يقدمها. ويوفر آيزو الحجز، ودفع العربون وحفظه، والمراسلة بين الطرفين، والدعم.
2. حسابك
- حافظ على دقة بياناتك وسرية تسجيل دخولك، فأنت مسؤول عما يحدث في حسابك.
- يراجع فريق آيزو كل ملف مصور قبل أن يتمكن العملاء من حجزه.
- يحق لآيزو إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
3. الحجز والدفع
- الأسعار بالدينار العراقي، وتشمل كل ما هو مذكور في الباقة.
- قد تفرض مواقع التصوير الشريكة رسومًا للموقع، وتظهر في ملخص الحجز قبل الدفع.
- لإتمام الحجز يدفع العميل عربونًا أو المبلغ كاملًا داخل التطبيق (بالبطاقة أو زين كاش أو FIB أو كي كارد عبر وايل)، ويُلغى الحجز الذي لا يُدفع خلال 10 دقائق.
- يؤكد المصور الحجز بعد دفع العربون.
- يُدفع باقي المبلغ داخل التطبيق، أو نقدًا للمصور الذي يسجّله في التطبيق.
- يخفّض رمز الخصم إما السعر الإجمالي أو المبلغ المتبقي الذي يُدفع يوم الجلسة، بحسب ما هو مذكور في الرمز.
4. العربون
- يحتفظ آيزو بالعربون، ويُحرَّر للمصور عندما يؤكد العميل استلام الصور، أو تلقائيًا بعد 7 أيام من الجلسة.
- لا يُحرَّر أي عربون ما دام هناك بلاغ مفتوح على الحجز.
- عند تحرير العربون يحتفظ آيزو بعمولة قدرها 10% من قيمته، ويذهب الباقي إلى المصور.
5. الإلغاء وتغيير الموعد
- يخضع الإلغاء والاسترداد لسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد.
- يمكن لأي من الطرفين طلب تغيير موعد الجلسة قبل بدئها بـ24 ساعة على الأقل، ويوافق الطرف الآخر أو يرفض.
- تُعاقَب الإلغاءات المتأخرة وسائر المخالفات الواردة في سياسة المصورين بالتدرج خلال ستة أشهر: تحذير، ثم خصم 10% ثم 25% من مستحقات الجلسة، ثم إيقاف الحساب لحين المراجعة. وقد يؤدي تكرار الإلغاء أيضًا إلى إيقاف الحساب.
6. التسليم والتقييمات والسلوك
- يسلّم المصور الصور المتفق عليها عبر صفحة الحجز.
- يمكن للعميل كتابة تقييم صادق واحد لكل حجز مكتمل، ويحذف آيزو التقييمات المسيئة أو التي لا تتعلق بالجلسة.
- حافظ على أن تكون الرسائل محترمة ومتعلقة بالحجز.
7. الإبلاغ عن مشكلة
إذا لم تجرِ الجلسة كما اتُّفق عليه، يمكن لأي من الطرفين الإبلاغ عن مشكلة من صفحة الحجز. يراجع فريق آيزو البلاغ ويتواصل مع الطرفين ثم يسجّل قراره، ويبقى العربون محجوزًا حتى ذلك الحين.
8. مستويات المصورين والاشتراكات
- يحدد مستوى المصور — مجاني أو فضي أو ذهبي أو بلاتيني — ترتيب ظهوره في القوائم.
- يمكن الحصول على المستوى تلقائيًا من خلال التقييمات وعدد المراجعات والجلسات المكتملة ومدة الوجود في آيزو، أو شراؤه باشتراك مدته 30 يومًا.
- قبل انتهاء مدة الاشتراك يرسل آيزو رابط دفع لتجديده، ودفعه يمدّد الاشتراك مدة أخرى. ويمكن إيقاف التجديد في أي وقت ليستمر الاشتراك حتى نهاية مدته.
- يمكن شراء الاشتراكات بعد الموافقة على ملف المصور.
9. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع نمو آيزو، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى هذه الصفحة.
These terms govern your use of the ISO app. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. What ISO is
ISO is a marketplace that connects customers with independent photographers in Iraq. Photographers are not ISO employees: each one sets their own packages, prices and working hours, and is responsible for the session they deliver. ISO provides booking, the deposit payment and its safekeeping, messaging between the two sides, and support.
2. Your account
- Keep your details accurate and your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- The ISO team reviews every photographer profile before customers can book it.
- ISO may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
3. Bookings and payment
- Prices are in Iraqi dinars (IQD) and cover everything listed in the package.
- Partner venues may charge a venue fee, shown in the booking summary before you pay.
- To book, the customer pays a deposit, or the full price, in the app (card, ZainCash, FIB or Qi Card, through Wayl). A booking that is not paid within 10 minutes is released.
- The photographer confirms the booking after the deposit is paid.
- The rest of the price is paid in the app, or in cash to the photographer, who records it in the app.
- A promo code reduces either the total price or the balance paid on the session day, as stated on the code.
4. The deposit
- ISO holds the deposit. It is released to the photographer when the customer confirms receiving the photos, or automatically 7 days after the session.
- No deposit is released while a reported issue is open.
- When a deposit is released, ISO keeps a commission of 10% of the deposit and the rest goes to the photographer.
5. Cancelling and rescheduling
- Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Either side can ask to move a session at least 24 hours before it starts; the other side approves or declines.
- Late cancellations and the other violations in the Photographer Policy are penalised in steps within six months: a warning, then 10% and 25% deductions from the session payout, then suspension pending review. Repeated cancellations can also lead to suspension.
6. Delivery, reviews and conduct
- Photographers deliver the agreed photos through the booking page.
- Customers can leave one honest review for each completed booking. ISO removes reviews that are abusive or unrelated to the session.
- Keep messages respectful and about the booking.
7. Reporting an issue
If a session does not go as agreed, either side can report an issue from the booking. The ISO team reviews it, contacts both sides and records a decision. The deposit stays on hold until then.
8. Photographer tiers and plans
- A photographer's tier — Free, Silver, Gold or Platinum — sets how high they appear in listings.
- A tier can be earned automatically through ratings, reviews, completed sessions and time on ISO, or bought as a 30-day plan.
- Before a plan's period ends, ISO sends a payment link to renew it; paying it extends the plan by one period. Renewal can be turned off at any time, and the plan then runs until the end of its period.
- Plans can be bought once the photographer's profile is approved.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ISO grows. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
