قد تتغير الخطط. توضح هذه السياسة ما يحدث لعربونك عند إلغاء الحجز أو تغيير موعده.
عندما تلغي الحجز
- الإلغاء مجاني حتى الموعد النهائي للحماية: قبل الجلسة بـ48 ساعة، أو قبلها بـ24 ساعة إذا حجزت قبل الجلسة بأقل من ثلاثة أيام، وتسترد عربونك كاملًا.
- بعد هذا الموعد لا يُسترد العربون، ويذهب إلى المصور الذي حجز ذلك الوقت لك.
- يظهر الموعد النهائي في صفحة الحجز.
- يُلغى الحجز الذي لا يُدفع خلال 10 دقائق تلقائيًا، ولا يُخصم أي مبلغ.
عندما يلغي المصور الحجز أو يرفضه
تسترد عربونك كاملًا دائمًا. وتُحتسب الإلغاءات المتأخرة على المصور وفق سياسة المصورين: تحذير أولًا، ثم خصم 10% ثم 25% من مستحقاته، ثم إيقاف الحساب.
تغيير الموعد بدل الإلغاء
يمكنك طلب تغيير التاريخ أو الوقت قبل الجلسة بـ24 ساعة على الأقل. وإذا وافق المصور، ينتقل عربونك إلى الموعد الجديد دون استرداد أو دفع جديد.
كيف يُعاد المبلغ
يُعاد المبلغ بالطريقة التي دفعت بها — البطاقة أو زين كاش أو FIB أو كي كارد — وتعتمد مدة ظهوره على مصرفك أو محفظتك.
إذا حدثت مشكلة
إذا لم تجرِ الجلسة كما اتُّفق عليه، أبلغ عن المشكلة من صفحة الحجز قبل تأكيد استلام الصور. يبقى العربون محجوزًا بينما يراجع فريق آيزو البلاغ مع الطرفين ويقرر ما يحدث له.
Plans change. This policy explains what happens to your deposit when a booking is cancelled or moved.
When you cancel
- Free cancellation until the protection deadline: 48 hours before the session, or 24 hours before it if you booked less than three days ahead. Your deposit is refunded in full.
- After the deadline the deposit is non-refundable and goes to the photographer, who kept that time for you.
- The deadline is shown on your booking page.
- A booking that is not paid within 10 minutes is released automatically, and nothing is charged.
When the photographer cancels or declines
You get your whole deposit back, always. Late cancellations count against the photographer under the Photographer Policy: a warning first, then 10% and 25% deductions from their payout, then suspension.
Moving instead of cancelling
You can ask to change the date or time up to 24 hours before the session. If the photographer approves, your deposit moves to the new time — nothing is refunded or charged again.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid — card, ZainCash, FIB or Qi Card. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or wallet.
If something goes wrong
If the session did not happen as agreed, report an issue from the booking before you confirm receiving your photos. The deposit stays on hold while the ISO team reviews it with both sides and decides what happens to it.
